Local Delivery
As a local plumbers merchant, with over 20 years of experience in the industry, we understand the importance of getting the goods to you as fast as possible. Unlike other heating and bathroom websites, we take pride in providing the local delivery service ourselves with our dedicated drivers, making sure that the service from ordering to delivering is done with excellence.
Local Delivery Terms
We aim to deliver all orders received before 4.30pm the following working day for products we have in stock. For products we don’t have in stock we aim to complete the delivery within 3 working days of the order being placed.
If we are unable to fulfill the order straight away we will contact you to ask if you would like a split delivery or for the order to be delivered in one go. We will contact you the day before delivery to give you an estimated delivery time. We will not attempt to deliver the order until we have made contact with you. You can also request a call to confirm a more accurate time on the day of delivery. Please be aware that delivery lead times are only approximate and Tap In accepts no liability for failed or delayed deliveries and will not be liable for any costs incurred by late or failed deliveries.
If your order is urgent please contact us by phone so that we can check stock and give you a more accurate delivery date and time.
Deliveries Monday to Friday. We do not deliver on Bank Holidays.
Please Note : If we attempt the delivery as prearranged and nobody is available we will have to rebook another delivery date and a £15.00 delivery charge will be applied.
UK Delivery Service
Our 3rd party courier delivers the goods into most parts of the UK. Certain postcodes are currently restricted, meaning that we will not be able to ship the goods to those particular postcodes. See "Delivery Restrictions" for more information.
We aim to deliver all orders received between 1-3 days. This will subject to stock availability. Please be aware that delivery lead times are only approximate and Tap In accepts no liability for failed or delayed deliveries and will not be liable for any costs incurred by late or failed deliveries. If your order is urgent please contact us by phone so that we can check stock and give you a more accurate delivery date and time.
Deliveries are in the rule between Monday to Friday. We do not deliver on Bank Holidays. Please Note: If our 3rd party courier attempts the delivery and nobody is available we may have to rebook another delivery date and a delivery charge would be applied.

Reporting Issues With Your Delivery
Delivery discrepancies must be reported to us within 24 hours and damages must be reported within 72 hours.
If you have received an incorrect product, the product delivered looks wrong or isn’t what you were expecting please inform us before the installation and please don’t open any sealed packaging.
Delivery Definition
Our drivers are expected to offload the van into a ground floor room adjacent to the front door or into an attached garage. If you require the goods elsewhere in the property it is at the driver's discretion and he may ask for assistance.

If you pay for a Saturday delivery we will endeavor to deliver the order in full on the first Saturday, if for some reason we are unable to complete the order we will contact you to arrange a suitable day to deliver the balance of the order. Please Note : If we attempt the delivery as prearranged and nobody is available we will have to rebook another delivery date and a £15.00 delivery charge will be applied.
The table below shows the local areas we personally deliver to with our own vans. All postcodes outside of this will be delivered by a 3rd party courier. We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders at our discretion.
