Eco-Friendly Paint Process

We care about the environment. Each Prorad radiator undergoes a meticulous multi-stage cleaning process before painting. This includes thorough rinsing phases featuring iron phosphate and demineralisation. We apply an eco-friendly water-based primer as the first coat, followed by a stoved and cooled second powder coat in a chic Warm White (RAL 9010). Finally, we perform a curing stage to ensure a flawless, lasting finish.
